The short version: we can’t see anything.
MixGrade has no accounts, no tracking, no analytics and no servers of its own. This page is short because there is genuinely little to disclose.
Your audio stays on your iPhone
Every analysis (beatmatching, key detection, energy flow, loudness, scoring) runs entirely on your device using Apple frameworks. Your recordings are never uploaded, and your results are stored only in the app’s local database on your phone.
Track identification (optional)
If you enable track identification, MixGrade uses Apple’s ShazamKit, which sends compact audio fingerprints, not your recording, to Apple’s Shazam service to match tracks against its catalog. This is the only network feature in the app, it only runs when you use it, and it is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. Turn it off and MixGrade works fully offline.
Purchases
The one-time Pro purchase is handled end-to-end by Apple via StoreKit. MixGrade never sees your payment details, name or Apple ID.
No tracking, no analytics
The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs and no third-party code. This website is static and sets no cookies.
